Maths Project - semester 1

Posted by Sarah on July 20, 2007

S23P have all been working hard on our maths projects. We had to find our weak spots (parts of maths that we need help on), and practise it on maths sites. When we have learnt how to figure the answer out, we have to show the class how to do the topic you choose, by presenting a sheet of paper, with a question (not to hard, that you can’t figure it out, or not to easy, like 1+1.)For example, if you needed help on addition, you have to show the class how to divide, and then ask a medium level question (that is related to your topic.) You have to show the class how to solve it, then, (if anybody asks a question,) answer questions. I choose elapsed time, because I didn’t really know how to get the answer. All I knew was, you had to subtract it, but I didn’t know how! Now I understand it better! Thanks Mrs P, for teaching us!!!!
